Managing Partner
Olarn Jarungthamchote is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nitipat & Associates Company Limited. He has more than 15 years of legal and corporate experience with leading organizations in Thailand. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and business transactions.
Having spent a significant part of his career as an in-house legal professional, Olarn brings a practical and business-oriented perspective to his legal practice. He has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements across various industries, as well as advising management on complex corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and legal risks arising from business operations.
His experience includes M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, joint ventures and shareholders’ arrangements, IPO preparation and the conversion of a private limited company into a public limited company for listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). His practice also extends to litigation and dispute resolution, employment matters, and legal operations.

- Advised and represented a fashion retail company on corporate restructuring and workforce downsizing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
